CRT booking question

When booking dining reservations, which do you think we'd have a better possibility getting, CRT lunch @ 11 or dinner @ 5? If we do CRT on our DD (3's) first day at MK, will everything pale in comparison? Should we do it our last day in MK instead? I guess booking-wise it is best to request starting the last day of MK and move backwards in terms of which day, correct?

I have been able to find a breakfast and lunch at CRT for our party of 5. So far no dinner. In my limited experience, dinner has been harder to come by.
