If I have a reservation for CRT at 9:30 pm on a night when Wishes is shown at 9:00, Do you think I can watch Wishes and make it to my reservation on time? If so, where would be the best place to watch from to make this happen?

You should be fine. If anything, I have heard that you can show up to your dining reservation up to 20 minutes late without penalty. I have been late to dining reservations before and have had no penalty, so I'm sure this is true.
