I have never planned a tripped early enough in the game to try to get these reservations but hoping to make it work this time. I see though that you have to pay up front for your meal. I am not sure how many will be in the party right now. So my question is - can I cancel one or all of the reservations and get my money back?

We once showed up with 1 less person, it was not a problem. It did take a while for the money to be refunded to the CC, though.

Yes, They will refund your CC for any unused folks, as long as someone shows up. If no one shows up, you will be charged full price for everyone on the ADR

Thanks! So I assume that I could also cancel the reservation altogether, as long as it is at least 24 hours in advance, and get a refund?

You can cancel and get a full refund. I believe CRT is a 48 hour cancellation, though. It does tell you the policy when you check out.
