Crowds Yesterday

The truth is that you can never know the crowds on any given day until you go, but I thought I would pass along the waits for DCA when I went yesterday. These times were as of 2:00, after we ate lunch, and noted the info board.

GRR - 45 min.
Soarin' 30 min.
Maliboomer - 20min.
Screamin - 30 min.
Sun Wheel (Purple & Orange) - 25min.
M Madness - 35min.
Muppets & Bug - See Now.

As of when we left at 6:45 lines were down considerably, with only GRR holding its line of 45 min. Soarin was down to 20, as was Screamin, M Madness had dropped to 25, and Maliboomer was a walk on (Noted time was 5 minutes, but we went on 2 times in a row, with the only wait being walking back to the entrance). In an exception, the Sun Wheel went up to 30.

So DCA was still pretty empty, for a summer day. Maybe with the new ticket promotion, it will get more folks, but it was really a great day yesterday.


I'm saying this so that you don't shy away just because you think it will be crowded. DCA is usually a pretty easy "wait" park, especially with fast pass, even in summer.

Just have a great time, like I did.
