I hate to ask (because I am sure it has been) but what are the crowds like (even with free dining) and the weather? I tried to search but I am getting and error message.

Thank you in advance,

Peg

Hi Peg,

Crowds will pretty much disappear after Tuesday or Wednesday. Even with free dining, crowds are never terrible when school is in session. And September is one of the least crowded times.

Weather will be VERY hot and humid, with afternoon thunderstorms almost every day. The storms last anywhere from 15 minutes to a couple of hours.

Our first day in the parks is 2nd September. How busy will it be up to the Tuesday? We usually go in June or July so compared to that?

It is crowded for the weekend but gets quieter after monday. As the other person said it can be very hot & humid but usually a little more bearable than June/July. MK will close early on that Thursday & Friday for Nights of Joy which is a separate ticketed event. So if there are night time MK events you don't want to miss you need to plan them for the other nights of the week. Also the Pin event is scheduled for Epcot for 9/8-9/10 so Epcot may seem a little more crowded on those days.

crowds really aren't that bad. We walked onto almost everything last yr, and anything we waited for was max 20 mins. Yes it is hot and humid with showers, but nights aren't that bad and early mornings aren't hot either.

I thought the nights of joy are on the Friday (8th) and Saturday (9th)?
