Crowds week following Easter?

Anyone have any experience with what the week following easter is like crowd wise?

The week between Christmas and New Years and the two weeks surrounding Easter are the busiest all year at WDW. You'll be experiencing wall to wall crowds. It can still be a fun trip, but you won't be able to do everything. Make a "must do" list, get to the parks early, and utilize FP as much as possible.

One plus? The weather should be really nice- not too hot, and the humidity of summer hasn't kicked into high gear yet.

We arrived this year on the Monday one week after Easter and found that most of the crowds had died down a bit by this point - the only really packed park was Animal Kingdom on Sunday April 30th but Expedition Everest hadn't been open all that long. The second week of our trip was quieter again.

We never waited longer than about twenty minutes for anything, although we made sure we arrived early and made good use of Fastpass. The queues for Soarin were still reaching two hours in the afternoon though!!

We arrived on Good Friday last year and stayed for 8 nights. Yes it was busy, but we had a great time. I did a great deal of planning and tried to follow "Tour Guide Mike's advice". It really worked! If you follow his suggestions, you may not even notice the crowds.

You also really need to make priority reservations ahead of time. Restaurants will be superbusy!

Thanks for the replys. We are thinking of arriving on Easter Sunsay Night or the day after easter. Still can not decide crowds or heat the first week of June.

Going April 26th I think Easter is the 8th Hoping crowds will be less as I allowed 2 full weeks in between. I do see Grad night is in there not sure what this is but according to tourong plans it seems to affect MK & MGM so will avoid them that night. Anyone gone this time to give me crod levels and weather????
