Trying to decide if it'd be better to take a trip over Veteran's Day or right before Thanksgiving.

Option 1: 11/8 - 11/12 (doing parks Fri., Sat., Sun. of Veterans Day weekend)

Option 2: 11/17- 11/21 (doing parks Sun., Mon., Tues. right before Thanksgiving)

Which would be better crowdwise? I'm used to WDW which I'd assume sun, mon. Tues, but with the annual pass so much higher at DL, I'm not sure as i think some weekends are blocked for some?

Thanks for any input!

This will be my third year going Veterans Day weekend and it’s crowded but pretty manageable, especially if you have MaxPass.
With option 2 you will be there on Mickey’s 90th birthday which I’m sure will bring a bigger crowd than that day normally sees.

This recent thread covers most of your second set of dates: Crowds November 17 to 20.
Holiday Time starts on Nov. 9th, so expect a flood of local visitors after school/work hours on the days their passes are good for your first set of dates. Everyone will want to see the decorations. Check the blockout calendar on the DLR website. Either way, morning and early afternoon hours should be good to reasonable, especially if you use FP or MP. Have a good plan, get to the parks at rope drop, stay positive, and go with the flow. Have a great trip no matter which dates you choose!
