I leave for WDW tomorrow and I'm a little nervous about the crowds... For the last few weeks, several posts have been dedicated to this subject and I'm curious if the crowds have started building yet?
Please let me know!!!

miste76,

We're leaving for WDW tomorrow too. I know crowds are up this year, but they will be very manageable through at least Saturday and maybe even as late as Monday.

This is our 4th year in a row to go at this time and I think you'll find things pretty darn nice Thursday, Friday and Saturday this week. I read in an earlier post that you will be on Space Mountain about 8:05 on Thursday morning. ME TOO! I'll have the dark green (not lime) backpack and will be leading our cast of characters to Tomorrowland.

Arrive early, get some rest in the afternoons and head back to the parks at night. It will be great!

See ya soon!

Have fun guys, I'm right behind you. We were at WDW last year this week and the crowds started to get a little more crowded (but definately still not too bad) by Thursday of this week. Tuesday (today) was our best day that week. We vertually had Epcot WS to ourselves. There was no one walking around. It was great!

Miste & Maverick, I will be leaving almost the same time as you. I also will be going to the MK on Thursday. Although, we have a 7:50 PS reservation at Chef Mickey's. We also, go towards Adventureland and circle the park that way. But, if you see a guy with a 9yr & 7yr old girls. That would be me. :wave2:

1 day!!!! :bounce: :bounce: :earseek:

It was very crowded today at MK since today was opening day for Stitch. I would imagine MK would be a little more crowded than usual because of the new attraction.

We just got back last night. Monday EPCOT was not crowded at all. Walked on Mission Space and Test Track.

Sunday MK was not very crowded. Did not wait more that 15 minutes for anything. Only used FP twice. They had a 'soft opening' for Stitch on Sunday and did that. We had done everything DD wanted to do by 12:30. (This was not her first trip)

Space Mtn 2x
BTMR
Splash Mtn
Peter Pan
Stitch
Speedway
Snow White
Pirates of Carribean

Didn't do AK and MGM was on Sat for the SSW (which was packed)

Thanks guys... I'm pretty sure that we will be wearing matching red t-shirts that have our favorite character's name on the back. I'll probably be in the front of the crowd, running with 2-14 yr old girls and my mom (she would probably prefer that I leave her age out of it). By the way - my name is on the front of my shirt - it's Mistie - just incase you're not sure if it's me!!!
Please, Please, Please say hello. I was a little disappointed over the summer that I never met even one DISer.
I can't wait... I'll see you all real soon!!!

I'll look for you Mistie, we will be in Epcot on saturday and starting at MK on sunday.....:sunny:

Don't know what we will be wearing but I am a tall lady with red hair.....:sunny:

See ya next week at WDW....:sunny:

We have been here since last week and today has been the least busy day that we have noticed. We spent the day in Epcot and it was empty. We headed over to MK in the afternoon and when we got there we were able to get a curb side seat for the 3pm Parade. We expected to see Crowds even on mainstreet since today was the grand opening of Stitch, but did not seem that way. I think it will be light until about Saturday and then start building from then until Thanksgiving weekend.
