I know this is probably a silly question since so many schools have off this week, but how have the crowds been this past weekend and today at SW??? We are currently at the Hammocks Beach resort in Palm Coast and are considering a 1 day park visit to SW. It is crazy here and I know I wouldn't go near WDW this week for anything but some of the family hasn't been to SW. Just wondering if it's manageable or as crazy as it is here!!?? Thanks for any quick input...:)

We wer there on 3/31 and the crowds were very managable, we saw everything we wanted to. My kids are little so we didn't have to deal with Kraken and Journey to Atlantis, but those lines were 60 minutes and 40 minutes. They had a late night Shamu show at 9:45 after the latin concert and it was only 2/3 full, we had a great time!

We were there 4/2 and 4/3 and I thought it was very crowded. The second day we got there at park opening and it was more manageable. The afternoon of the first day we could barely navigate strollers.

We were there on 3/31 and I thought it was really crowded. Lots of lines for things like feed the dolphins, shows, etc. It was not horrible but much more crowded than normal, so I was told. We loved the park though. We took an Adventure Express tour with a tour guide and had so much fun. The park is beautiful, clean and a great change of pace to disney. I would not go near disney either, this time of year! We stayed at Universal and even with express access it was crazy.

Have a great vacation! :thumbsup2

We were there on 4/3 and there were good as well as the bad.

Got there at park open and crowds were fine until after lunch.

wait times:
Krakken 35 minutes
Journey to Atlantis 45 minutes each (rode twice)

My problem was trying to get into the shows. We were 20-25 minutes early for a 1:45 pm Blue Horizons show and got locked out. I've heard on the PA that Believe was full to capacity early for at least two shows. For Believe, we arrived early for a 3:30 show but the lines to get into the four entrances were confusing (didn't know where they ended). We missed Pets Ahoy for the day, because we wanted to see Blue Horizons and Believe.

I was pleasantly suprised to see the crowds thin out by 8:30. We walked into the pizza place for a late dinner with no wait at all.

I work across the street, didn't venture into the parks this week, but parking seemed like a nightmare. Made people park across Sea Harbor Drive and take the tram in, and also had cars parked in the grassy median. Only other time I saw this was last Christmas, when they supposedly had record crowds.

I've went to the park 3 times at night this week since the park is open til 10 pm, so I can watch Mistify, and also wanted to see and tape Believe at night before Shamu Rocks starts this summer. Last night I was cracking up as soon as I got past the toll booths, they had cars parked on the curve there, and they were running the tram across the streetas Jason71 mentioned, for relief parking as well. I've heard through the rumor mill Sea World has topped 30,000 guests a day more than once this week. If this spring break is any indication, then summer looks to be insane. LoL
