Hi,

Is the Wednesday after Thanksgiving considered "the busiest time" or does it fall in the "least busiest". I know that Thanksgiving is a peak time at the world but what about the Wednesday after (29th). I will be there for one full day and hope to go to the Magic Kingdom. Thanks!

We will be there 11/23-12/2, I'm hoping that the Thanksgiving crowds will start to thin out some the Sunday after Thanksgiving. We'll also be at the MK on 11/29 :thumbsup2

We love that week! It always starts to clear out by late Sunday (26th this year). By the 29th, touring will be superb!! Have a Magical Day at MK!! :sunny:

we were there last year at this time, and it was DEAD; walk-on or 10 minute waits for almost all rides. Although the weather wasn't the greatest either...

Thanks for all the responses! It was just what I was hoping to hear :cool1: . We will be celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary with our 3 year old DD but DH won't be arriving until the evening. DD and I will have a whole day at the MK, from there we are off on a 3 day Disney Cruise.

Sorry for all the info but I just had to share I am so excited and everyone else who knows me is sick of hearing it :rotfl2: ! Thanks again.

I was there thanks giving week and week after and found the only days that were busy was the day before thanksgiving, thanks giving and the day after. The week after thanksgiving was just so quiet i thought i was dreaming, we got on all rides no problem but the parks did close earlier. We are going back same time 2007.

We were there the week after Thanksgiving last year and it was wonderful. We arrived Sunday (after Thanksgiving) and went to Epcot as that seems to handle crowds the best - it was still a bit crowded from the Thanksgiving folks. By Monday everyone had cleared out and it was quiet all week. Things started to ramp back up again on Friday and Saturday as the filming for the Christmas parade bagan and I think some Pop Warner folks started to arrive early.

Overall it is one of my favorite weeks at the world!!

we're arriving that day too. 48 days more to go. Whooo. I just know well have low crowds and great weather. :wizard:

We went the week after Thanksgiving in '05 (mon to mon) and are going again the same week in '07. Excellent week to visit the World. Crowds are light, the holiday decorations are up, MVMCP, Osborne Lights, weather can be all over the place, but it is a great week!

We are going Nov 29th-Dec 5. Does anyone know what Pop Warner crowds are like??? I'm sure there are other posts on this... 48 days to go???Unbelieveable!!

Im not the 'glass half empty' type- but I arrive November 29th ( :cool1: :cool1: :cool1: cant wait!!!) and Im really trying not to get my hopes up for extremely low crowds. Im especially not trying to say it and jinx myself. :hourglass

We arrive on the 27th for 10 days, so was interested in this thread. I sooooo hope it is going to be quiet, though I know about Pop Warner!

I'll be making my annual solo visit to The World the week after Thanksgiving this year. First time I've gone during this particular week, usually going either the first or second week of December; but thought I'd give it a try this year. (Nov. 27 - Dec. 2) But I won't be adding to the number at the Magic Kingdom on Wed., Nov. 29, as I plan to be in Epcot on that date.

Hope y'all are right about the low crowds.
