Crowds on Dec 31st?

What are the crowds like during the day on Dec 31st at Knotts/Universal/Disneyland? We get of the RCI monarch of the seas and have the day to kill before we go to Huntington Beach area for a New Years Party.

Don't know about the other two, but Disneyland is complete bedlam on the 31st. It is likely that the turnstiles will close during the middle of the day due to crowds. CA adventure might be a better option, as it remains open late that day.
