Crowds in jan? and some other questions

I have a lot of questions as i'm going on a last minute trip very soon!

How are the crowds in janurary? We'll be going from jan 27-30th with 3 day park hopper passes and staying at a good neighbour hotel.

Another quick question is we're throwing around the idea of a character breakfast. However i have no idea how to book it, if anyone could help out with a phone number or suggestions on time etc that would be great.

I've also looked around and can't seem to find the specific time for fantasmic or the parade.

Sorry for the overload of questions but i thank you all in advance for your help ^^

DW and I decided to go next week to DL. I checked the annual weather during the month of January....and the weather appears to be in the mid 60s ( for a high day ) and the low 40s ( for the low of the day )....but with a possiblity of rain. From the Trip Reports and the various posts....it appears that the crowds are considerably smaller then during peak periods. From my understanding...there is still a wait for most rides....but not nearly as bad as what I am accustomed to whenever we go during the summer.

As to the priority seating.....its quick and easy to call them up to book the restaurant seating.
