crowds end of May to beginning of June

HI everyone, My first post here. Great site!!
I have not been to WDW in a decade and am happy to finally be returning.
A friend and I are coming May 28- June 5th. I know this isn't the best time for crowds but that's the time frame that works this year.
We're staying at the Swan (so happy to get the nurses discount!! it's the principle!)

So how will crowds and weather be? Honestly it will be fun whatever, but I'm just checking. Also if we don't make any ADR's how bad will it be? We're flexible and not too worried about where we eat. To keep costs down we will be doing the main meal at lunch and just counter servicing it dinner.

I heard that once Memorial day is over, it isn't too bad. I hope that is true as we planned our trip for then!

Sunday and Monday (Memorial Day) were very crowded at the Magic Kingdom. I'm not sure how the crowds were at the other parks.

We went last year first week of June. Found it to be very enjoyable. Lines not to bad, and the heat was not killer. Going back this year first week of June.
