crowds at end of MNSSHP & getting "home"?

What should I expect at the end of the MNSSHP? Will taking a Resort Bus back to the Pop Century after the midnight close be a long wait in crowds including us & other fellow tired parents with over-tired sugared-up children?

I'm considering extending our Poly reservation that 1 more night to easily get some of us back at such a late hour. But perhaps the monorail is also crowded, although a brief voyage. We'd adjust some other plans to enjoy the Resort more too then, but it is still much more $$$.

Or will having our own car that night be the most beneficial? We're toying with idea of renting 1 for a day during vacation anyway for other reasons. But I would imagine the waiting for monorail to TTC then shuttle to Parking spot may outweigh any convenience there.

We closed the park on Oct 28th MNSSHP and did not have any problem getting back. They had buses lined up waiting for slots to open and fill them in.At that time that the only thing and DTD thats open so they can pull from the other park buses.

Usually at park closing the buses are lined up and waiting for the crowds to go back to their home resorts! shouldn't be a problem! Monorail is another alternative to the Poly, but I would imagine it will be kind of crowded, as only one Monorail can come it at a time!

Good point about the monorail -- only 1 at at time there.
Sounds like our tired family can get back to Value Resort just fine -- Yay Disney!
Hmmm may need to think of other ideas to convince myself & DH to spend the $$ to extend stay at Poly
