Crowds 1st week of october

We are thinking of going to WDW from Oct 1-8th. I see that it is right at the end of Value season (regular begins the 4th). how crowded is it at that time?

We were there last year the 1st week of October and the crowds weren't bad at all. Of course, this year you will be dealing, not only with those who come for the annual Food and Wine Festival, but the 50th Anniversary Celebration, so I think, overall, you will see increased crowds over the next year and a half.
