Crowds 10 Days Beginning July 6th? Also MGM Paris

I have to decide if I am going to go or not - it really depends upon the crowd levels (we usually go in December). Can anyone let me know how crowds have been this week? Or what I should expect?

Also, I am currently in Paris trying to decide if the new MGM is worth it? Any thoughts? Thanks!
