Crowd Size between Dec. 25th & Jan 1st

This is a first time visit for us at the Holiday time of the year. We are really looking forward to being at the parks. That being said how crowded do the parks get?

We were there at that time last year and the crowds were quite large. I think an attendance record was broken on Dec. 30th. That being said, we were staying onsite and never had to wait very long for rides. The food lines were manageable as well. We had a marvelous time and the crowds added to the fun, holiday atmosphere.

IOA broke it's all time attendance record on the 30th last year, with well over 36,000 in-park.

Christmas Day is onle semi-busy, but the 26th-31st and SLAMMED. If you're not staying onsite, getting the Express Plus passes will help, as the free Express runs out insanely fast during that week.

From what I have read..unless you have FOTL.....best to stock up on sweeties...because you will be in a line for quite a time.....
