Crowd calendar St Pats day very busy but less on weekend?

St Pats day is March 17, a Friday. The crowd calendar has MK very busy (9 out of 10). Then Saturday drops to a 7 level and Sunday to 8. Something special going on march 17? Even if it's a very busy day, for someone only spending the morning in MK (hopefully with extra magic hours) can we survive? The other option is for us to travel the 17th and spend sat-mon in the park.

Don't rely on crowd calendars, they're not very accurate. I'm sure others here who have been there on St. Pats day weekend can tell you how crowded it does or doesn't get. That'll be more accurate. Either way, you'll survive just fine.
