She's three so the big rides that would not allow her on would not even be an issue anyway, but what can she not ride now?

I am so upset because this is a trip of a lifetime for her. She is having possibly surgery/biopsy when we return because they have found a tumor in her chest. I am so worried we will not be able to take her to Disney again:(

Sorry to hear about your DD’s broken leg.

This thread will help you a lot because the OP also has a 3 yr old DD who broke her leg.
There is a list of attractions with warnings in that thread and also a ride calculator that shows which attractions she would be too short for.

If the doctor gives the OK to travel and she has either a short or long leg cast, there are still a lot of things she will be able to do. The things that would be out with a broken leg are mostly the same things that would be out because of her size.

The CMs will not stop someone from riding with a cast unless it would pose a danger to other riders or would prevent a safety restraint from working. I have not read anything about Soarin,’ but that is one where they may not allow a cast because of being suspended.
