Croquet Lawn at the Boardwalk??

Has anyone ever used this location for a wedding reception? I can find lots of pictures of the lawn just by itself... and read somewhere that it was available for weddings... but have never seen it set up for a reception or heard of anyone using it for a reception... is anyone familiar with that part of the boardwalk resort? Do you think it would be too noisy with the boats/potential traffic driving by?

Thanks-- we had been thinking we wanted the Living Seas, but now with the potential rule changes regarding photography, I'm beginning to look at more locations outside of Epcot... while really hoping the photography rule gets changed back...
