What is the difference between the Beach and Cayman styles?? To me they look alike. I am considering them since I have to wear something on my feet all the time and I am getting tired of my tennies. I have a lot of left heel pain and was wondering which ones would suit me better. I tried Birkenstocks and those were so uncomfortable for me.

The only difference between the two is that Beaches are double sized (for instance, woman's 6-7 is one size, and woman's 8-9 is the next), and Caymans are single sized (woman's 8, then woman's 9). I have a pair of each. Normally I wear an 8 1/2, so my Beaches are 8-9, and my Caymans are 9. As I understand it, the Beaches should actually be the equivalent of a 9, but they seem a little smaller than the Caymans 9 to me.

I wear a 10. Is there any one place that is better to buy them (pricewise)? Is the comfort noticeable right away? It's not a shoe you have to get used to?

I have a very wide foot and normally wear a women's 10, but the Cayman and Professional men's 9/women's 11 works best for me. I'd suggest trying on the Beach style in a local store, as they are the easiest to find (Dick's, Journey, Hallmark stores). If the Beach doesn't work, try ordering the Cayman from the Crocs Web site.

I've found that to be a reliable place to purchase styles that aren't available locally. Be aware that delivery took a full week both times I ordered from there and I have seen other posters make similar comments regarding delivery time.
