I know this has probably been covered, but I am new here.

Which is most preferred: crocs or tennis shoes.

We leave next week for 9 days/nights and I don't want to worry about blisters . . . too much.

Bring both and alternate. That is what I do. (Running shoes, not tennis for me.)

We will be there next week also. I prefer to wear crocs. When they get wet from the rain or rides, you can just dry them in the bathroom hand dryer.
I put both feet on one shoe while I dry the other one. I also wear them with socks. Yes, I am nerdy.

Crocs Crocs Crocs. My trip to DL last October was only 3 days. First two killed me. My leather Tom McAn's were wet from the rides, and I didn't think I would make it the 3rd day. I bought Mickey Crocs first thing in the morning at the Park on the last day and never looked back. Took them to WDW in Jan for 7 days and now wear nothing but Crocs. Be sure to visit Crocs.com for their bogo sale.

definitely crocs.

last may i went to disney for the first time. my brother and his wife go to WDW at least once a year. i love to be trendy. they warned me about footwear. of course i didnt listen. after the first day something happened i thought would NEVER happen. i decided "comfort over fasion.' i bought a pair of flip flop crocs at disney and never looked back.

this year we are going to disney. ive already bought 3 pairs of crocs for the trip.

Sorry - you cannot get a correct answer to this question from anybody else. You need to ask your own feet which feel more comfortable. Go with whichever shoe you have that feels the best and is well broken in. Those are the important factors. Everybody is different so what works for somebody else could be totally wrong for you.

For the past 3 years we have switched to the Crocs Original Beach style & our feet/legs have been happy ever since. I was just on the CROCS website & they have buy one & get one free & free shipping.

I just ordered the Crocks Flip Flops called The Wave & The Captiva, has anyone tried these at Disneyworld yet?:santa::santa::santa:

BOTH. As the PP said, bring both and alternate. What I do is wear my tennis (running) shoe for the brunt of the walking. When we go back to the hotel during the late afternoon I change into the crocs. Oh the feet hurt and want out of those shoes by then and the crocs make them feel just enough better to continue the day. By the end of the night I am ready to be off them though, after a cool washing and some pain killers we are ready to start again. :lmao:

I would not think of going without my crocs. This past June I only wore my croc capri flip flops, I did have 2 pair and my feet were great. I have also convinced the others with me that you cannot go without them. I love the fact that when they get wet, they quickly dry off. My husband wears his and loves them too. Have a great time!!!

i've done tennis shoes and crocs. i love my crocs more. easy to dry and easy on the feet. i wear socks with mine too ;)

we bought new crocs last week with the bogo and free ship and they were on sale! they came yesterday so i'm all ready! i'm a croc flipflop person mostly (the athena). hubby bought his 1st pair of crocs in disney 2 years ago. sadly mickey crocs don't come in the x-big size (13 or 14).

i also have a pair of doc marten sandals i got almost 8 years ago that i wear everywhere too. wore them at disney once too. so i'm going to bring those. 3 pairs of shoes for 6 days, could be worse

Thanks for all the help!

We leave in 2 "wake ups." Our son doesn't understand days and time, so we use "wake ups" instead. Thank goodness he doesn't take naps!!!!
