Anyone else have this problem with their crocs? We replaced our carpets with a laminate wood floor a few months ago and it seems to have gotten worse. This week our temps dropped back down to the 40's and 50's and one day I was shocked by everything I touched. :scared1: I don't think my daughter has this problem but she doesn't wear hers as much as I do. She works and I stay at home (we live together).

I get shocked a lot as well. Especially if I flip a light on. :scared1: Our house is completely carpeted except for the kitchen.

(Please correct me if I'm wrong- don't want to spread rumors) I seem to recall that a hospital in Sweden (I think) has made their nurses stop wearing crocs b/c of the static build up. It caused a few machines to malfunction when they touched them.

I don't wear my crocs at work and we all have this problem there. They say it's because the air is too dry. My mother used to tell me it's because I don't pick my feet up. Would either of these apply?
