I am seriously domestically challenged. I cannot cook at all. My work had a housewarming party for me and I got a ton of kitchen stuff from them. So, of course, I have no excuse to not bring something to the holiday potluck next week.

Does anyone have an easy crock pot recipe that would go over well at work? I need help!

Thanks in advance!

Lil Smokie sausages & a bottle of BBQ sauce heat & serve

Premade meatballs & a bottle of BBQ sauce - heat & serve

For the 2 above, don't forget to bring along a box of toothpicks

Dennisons Chili no beans & a brick of cream cheese (I only like this with the Dennisons chili) 1 can per brick of cream cheese - serve with tortilla chips

Chili with Velveeta & a can of salsa - serve with tortilla chips.

Good luck, the crock pot is your friend ;)

Delicious Spicy Cheesburger Queso

32 oz. block of Mexican Velveeta - cubed
2 cups mozzarella
1 cup chopped green onions
2 cans Rotel tomatoes with green chiles
2 lbs. browned ground beef

Dump all ingredients into crock pot. Let melt together. Serve with chips.

They will love this!

Fill crock pot with frozen meatballs.

In a seperate pan mix and heat one large jar of grape jelly and two small bottles of chili sauce. Pour over the meatballs and heat for an hour. Take to work and be prepared for rave reviews!

Or you can use it for a "punch bowl."

Apple cider (amount depends upon the size of the crock pot) and add to it

Orange juice (about 1/8th the amount of the cider)
An orange that has been stuck with cloves, or slices of oranges
Stick cinnamon
Allspice berries
A couple of pieces (again, depends on the size of the crockpot) of candied ginger...

Alcohol is not a great idea for work, but a bit of bourbon or rum makes this a true wassail. :teeth:

I use thawed boneless chicken breasts, usually 4 and 1/2 bottle of mild salsa and 1/4 cup water. Cook on low all day.

Depending on the size of your crockpot... I have used 12 boneless breasts and the whole jar of salsa with a 1/2 cup water for a crowd.

The chicken is very moist and breaks into little pieces when done.

A little late for your potluck, but great for any future engagements:

a large rump roast
2 pkgs Good Seasons Italian dressing (dry mix)
2 cups water

dump it all in crock pot (can cut roast in half)...cook on high for 8 hours, shred w/two forks and serve on portugese rolls...everyone seems to love this and there is really no preparation. Enjoy:)

Oooh...I have a super easy...and super YUMMY recipe for Teryaki meatballs.

1. Premade (frozen) meatballs dumped into the crock pot...(not homemade meatballs..just the frozen ones you find in the store freezer...of course you could make your own...but I've only used the frozen kind);)

2. Jar of Teryaki sauce...dumbed in (enough to fully coat all the meatballs).

Heat and serve.
