CRO - which option is quickest ?

I have a package booked already that I need to change to free dining today. Should I pick the option for new resort bookings or alterr/amend an existing reservation? The second option seems obvious, but will it take longer to get through that way ? help !

I plan on going with the second option you mentioned....changing an existing reservation. I would think in the long run that would be the quickest, but I could be wrong.

I honestly don't think they change the order of the calls based on the numbers you select - how would that be fair? They probably just want to get information for business purposes.

Wa just debating that myself, and I wonder if, since they want to get as many people hooked on Disney, they will have the most operators cued into the 1st line. They know they already have us 2nd line people!

What is the squence to dial? ie 1,1,2,1... to get through the fastest?

What I mean is press____ WDW or press ____ for DL.

If your calling to make a new resort reservation presss_____

Etc., etc., etc.....
