CRO Not 24 Hours?

I could be wrong but I could swear I've called the CRO in the middle of the night before. I thought it was 24 hours but I'm getting a message that their office is closed. Does anyone know what their hours are?

Their hours are 7:00 AM EST - 10:00 PM EST and during the holidays they close earlier.

Maybe you were calling for a DLPR stay. They would be on a different time zone.
