Going through lots of turmoil over the CBR close and talked to Disney Exec offices, Maria. Won't go into that sour mess but Maria said 'we show two reservations for you in November'. Yes I am going 11/9-16. They show that one with one nights paid. They also show a second one for 11/9-15 W/L std,that is paid in full!!!
I wasn't really thinking clearly because of the problems leading to this call so told them to cancel the 11/9-15; and DO NOT TOUCH the ressie for W/L Courtyard 11/9-16.
Dawned on may afterward that this paid one is for our stay LAST year. Those were our dates for std w/l!!!!!!!!!
Wonder if they cancel that one, I'll get a refund????
I know there are folks out there that go every year. Has anyones prior stay showed as an active reservation?
