Cricut Die Cut Exchange-Sent/Received/Grant/Trade/Discussion....

There are a few of us on here that have the Cricut die cut machine. We have a variety of different cartridges that can cut out different designs. And we would be happy to make cuts for you.

This thread is for those who do not have the machine, or would like to trade cuts to post their wish here. If you do not have the machine, and would like to request die cuts feel free to post your wish of the type of die cut, maybe from a particular cartridge, if you want the person making it to embellish it-(glitter, brads....there are a bunch of ways to embellish them...which means to make it look fancier then the basic cut), how many you would like, maybe particular colors....Ex. I would like to wish for the fish from Create a Creater cartridge. I would like it to be cut at 3" in blue, and have it embellished. If someone is able to grant you a wish, they will contact you, and the both of you will decide on what you can trade for your die cuts. An ornament, a speciality item made in your town, something the other collects......this decision is between the two of you. Come back to your original post, and mark who has granted your wish. Once you receive your wish, edit your post, and tell us that it has been received.


If you have a machine, and is able to make cuts, feel free to list the carts you have, and is able to do. Please produce something you in return would like to receive from your sender as well. You can trade die cuts with others, or if you would like to trade something different in return, feel free to do so.

Like any other exchange, post here once you have mailed out an exchange, and list who you are sending to, and as you receive your cuts or items, please list it here as well.

To give people an idea of what you can do with die cuts. You make use them for scrapbooking pages, cards, different craft projects...

This is a person to person exchange. Just use this thread to guide your exchanges. Feel free to post any questions.

Oh, and if you want, instead of requesting just a few different die cuts for a scrapbooking page, you could request a themed set as well. Just discuss your options with your grantor.

Hope this helps those of you who do not have a Cricut a way to obtain cuts, or those who do have one to get new cuts and see other peoples art work, and creativity.

I have one, but they are so expensive for the cartridges, don't think I would be interested.

Yes to trade cuts, not the cartridges themselves. This way, we could see other peoples styles, and get cuts from cartridges we do not have.

This would be a way for you to be able to get cuts to use for cards, scrapbooking..... you could requests cuts, and someone would fill your request. In return, you would send them a special treat. Would you be interested in something like this Erin?

Erin, feel free to list what types of cuts you would like, the size, color, from which cart....and whoever is able to grant you that wish can contact you to see if a trade can be made. Mickey and Friends- Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, Goofy, Pluto
Mickey Font- letters and numbers

If y'all wanna see what each cartridge can do, just google the name and you'll find lots of info and examples of cuts these can make. They're so much fun!!
