Cricut 101

Hi Cricut users! I'm thinking about getting one, but I have to admit I'm a bit confused. I'm not sure which one I should get, although it sounds like most people like the Expression. From my research I've learned that it can cut out shapes from the cartridges or words from the font cartridges. I guess I need to know more about the software that you can buy and what are some good prices. Anything else I should know about the Cricut or what it can do?

I am a member on the cricut boards and have been doing a lot of swaps. I had the baby bug until last Saturday when I got the Expression. Figured with all the cutting I was doing, I deserved it! So far, I am really glad that I got it. The options it has on it compared to the baby are cool. I have not played with all its options yet, but I am glad that I got it. I can cut more things at once, which is good when I do swaps. I can cut as small as 1/4 inch and as big as 23 1/2 (I think that is what it is). Do yes, I am glad I got the expression.

I know that I have gotten a many of my cartridges at Custom Crops, their prices are pretty good. And I do have DS and love it. Don't use it as much as I should. I think I got it on sale for $60 at Michaels.
