The crib, sold as "Aspen 3 in 1 Cribs" with Graco logos were recalled by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission on Dec. 21, 2005, after the manufacturer, Simplicity Inc., received 14 reports of mattress supports becoming loose, including eight reports of entrapment and five injuries.
