Crepes des Chefs de France - CS or Snack?

Does anyone know if the food at Crepes des Chefs de France constitutes as a counter service meal, or a snack?

Ok belle I checked the official restaurant guide on WDW official site (and www.allearsnet.com) and Crepes des Chefs de France isn't listed as either CS or snack-maybe it's been added since the brochure was printed. I'm sure if someone knows for sure they'll post it for you.

Not every venue participates in the Dining Plan. It is possible that that kiosk doesn't accept the Dining Plan at all.
