credit card was declined making ADRs?!

So today is ADR day we are staying for 12 days and are on the DDxDP so a ton of ADRs to make!
After dealing with the nightmare that is Disney IT and the APP I am about halfway done and now I keep getting the message that my credit card was declined?
Still the same card, there would be funds obviously and we are on the Dining plan ....
I really don’t get it?
Anybody had the same experience?

I'd give the CC company a call to make sure they know the multiple $1.00 (not actual charges, they are to see if the card is active) on your card are ones you made.
