credit card vs cash

I am thinking about putting some money on my credit card and then take some extra cash just in case it's lost /stolen- then I would be able to keep up with expenses easier. Do most places take AmEX, MC and Visa- what do most of you do-I plan to have a fanny pack so it should not get lost.

Are you staying on property? We just put a credit card down upon check-in, so we can charge using our one room entry key, park ticket, and credit card.

Oh yeah, forgot about that! Thanks- still thinking about sending money to credit card company- parents gave me some money and don't want to spend it there and then not be able to pay bill later-

Yes, most places take Amex, MasterCard and Visa. The only places that wouldn't would be the little soda/ice cream carts.

Yea the only places that dont take credit cards are a few of the snack stands..I almost never take cash and use my visa check card for everything..
