Credit card Issues

Where do you go to file a complaint against a store credit card that was closed by the credit card company.

Small background as I know it. They say it is because of collection accounts, there are none.

The kicker is there is no balance on the card zero zilcht for just shy of 1 year. I think that is why they cancelled but they won't say.

Have you checked your reports to make sure there are none. Just because you don't have any doesn't mean that someone didn't put them on there.

I have credit monitoring and nothing has showed up.

Would your state Better Business Bureau be of any assistance possibly?
