Yes, I've had that happen to me. You as a consumer have 30 days for the time the transaction happened to notify your bank and dispute the charges. You'll have to fill out some forms. The bank then has 30-90 days to investigate the charges.
Sometimes while they are investigating, the bank will issue you a provisionary credit for the amount disputed. If it finds the charges are fraudulent, and you are not responsible then that provisionary credit stays, otherwise it gets taken out again.
