Reading about the Highway in the sky dine around on the monorail resorts( Contemporary, Poly ,Grand Floridian). I was wondering if you were to make your own comparable event, where would you go for:
1. the starter drink/cocktail
2. appetizer/drink
3. main course
4. post dinner drinks with artisanal cheeses
5. dessert and cordials/after dinner drinks
Not sure that all of these can be done or offered outside of the package, but if you did your own trip around the resorts what would you do?
