Create and personal cricuts...help..

Does anyone know the difference between the cricut CREATE machine and the PERSONAL machine? the cricut website explains a bit but maybe someone here has some experience with both...

I am going to get one and now that I figured out I do not need the expressions one, this question comes up!

Also, I assume cricut cartridges are interchangeable from one type of machine to the next?

The personal Cricut is the original Cricut that has the 6 x 12 mat. The Create is the same size as the original or the personal Cricut but has the features of the Expression. All the cartridges can be used with any of the machines. Hope that helps.

I have the original baby bug. If I had the money, I would definately get the Create. Just for the options it can do that the baby bug cannot.

I startd out with the Personal, then went to the Expression before the Create came out. I changed because 1" fonts were too big for my pages. I like .5 to .75 size better. Go with the Create. The features are well worth it.
