Crease out of new rug

I hate, hate, hate when manufacturers fold rugs instead of roll them. I usually buy rugs from Penney's for the main reason they always come rolled, not folded. But this time they were all rolled except one. And of course the crease keeps making the rug not lay right. Any tricks to get that crease out?
