Well, now I went ahead and had to not have a good race and now I have to go back and do it again the right way in 2007. See you all there next January.

I hope it is a notch above the 5K medal--but not expecting a HUGE metal medal as for marathon weekend.

Since they go to the effort of highlighting "MINNIE" and providing the label of "MARATHON"--if we walk away with a rubber medal like the 5K's, there is bound to be disappointment. I forget the fee---but it seems to be a bit. It was $35. I'm betting it will be similar to the Chicken Little Medal.
