CRAZY DIS ASIANS
With Chunkymonkey, Chubby Hubby, and Chunkysis
September 1-9 2018

Welcome to another Chunkymonkey, Chubby Hubby, and Chunkysis adventure where we head to Walt Disney World for 9 days at the glorious Beach Club to partake in all things Disney: all the parks, all the Food & Wine, lots of Halloween, plenty of dining events, and a big helping of Toy Story Land.
So, many of you know about that popular movie out right now called Crazy Rich Asians (I do highly recommend it!). Well we are all Asian and definitely crazy in our own way, so I thought I'd use it in my title, but change Rich to DIS which stands for Disney of course! Because we are not rich, but ENriched with our love for all things Disney!
*Su-Lynn pats herself on the back for clever TR title as others roll their eyes*

(this only pertains to Chunkysis but we all thought it was hilarious)
PINK = Pain IN the Knee
(because I busted my knee 3 days before the trip ended. Insert very sad face here)
So let's have some introductions to our "Crazy" cast:
Chunkymonkey aka Su-Lynn: 42 years old (but acts like she's a small child), life-long Disney lover and bonafide geek. Loves Star Wars and Marvel too. Newfound love of Disney Cruise Line and she looks forward to becoming platinum sometime in the next 2 decades. She is the planner and photographer for most of this trip report. Has started annoying people with Instagram Stories as part of her Disney trips. Loves to plan and re-plan trip itineraries and then write about them after in Trip Reports. #1 Hobby: EATING, especially as Disney. Her favorite park is Epcot, favorite table service are 'Ohana and Tiffins and favorite quick service is Satuli Canteen (although she really loves all places where she can get fed at Disney). She is a proud Annual Passholder and DVC member. She can't quite slow down at Disney unless she is SOLO so maybe more of those trips are in store for her.
Crazy Stats: Planned a week-long WDW Trip last year for 15 people including 6 kids (see trip report). Planning Epic Girls Trip next May for around 30 people (see pre-trip report). Remains unfazed at any Disney vacation planning challenge. Will eat Satuli Canteen at any time. Too stubborn to slow down due to busted knee because she thought it was fine and is now doing 6 weeks of physical therapy for said knee. Obviously thinks she is the LEAST Crazy Asian.
Chubby Hubby aka Steve, also 42, DH to Su-Lynn. Closet Disney Fan. Reluctant Annual Passholder and only bought DVC to calm Crazy DIS wife down. Very competitive in Toy Story Mania and any food challenge. Likes any thrill ride, really loves Slinky Dog Dash, however has soft spot for Living With The Land! Always on the go, always looking for the next ride. Thinks he is Disney Expert but is not quite one. Loves DCL as well. Favorite table service is 'Ohana, Tiffins, and Yachtsman Steakhouse. Never looks at any itinerary/schedule wife puts together. Enjoys annoying Chunkysis.
Crazy Stats: Built hydroponic garden in basement of house in NJ. Used Nutrient Film Technique. Once ate 53 shrimp at Ohana (plus bread pudding). After walking 10 miles in parks, will still go to resort gym to lift weights.
Chunkysis aka Su-Queen, sister of Su-Lynn. 37 years old. Creative card-maker and our resident Character Picture and Photopass-obsessed Crazy Dis Asian. Loves park hopping to meet Characters. Loves getting dressed up to meet Characters. Loves Character meals. Will go just about anywhere to meet Characters. She also loves 'Ohana bread pudding. And jam. She loves jam.
Crazy Stats: Somehow miraculously becomes super fast walker at Disney, also endurance levels are lifted only on Disney property. Has filled up 4 pressed penny books (plus extras for the nieces and nephew). Has gotten every character picture on Disney property in a week except for one. She just found out it is two now and is a little stressed. Doesn't understand why jam is not served at every meal.
