CR Surf Questions

I am slowly but surely getting the hang on CR. I got Kootie Pops for the first time today. Question is, Can you only earn 1 Kootie per banner or will they pop up again. I got 6 today, and am wondering if I need to go back. Any other CR tips appreciated by this newbie.

As far as I know its 1 Kootie per banner BUT the banners do sometimes rotate so if you were on the Links page and got a banner and a kootie you might go back to the Links page later and get a banner that you havent clicked on before.

Question on e-Bay bidding. If I am the high bidder and continue to bid because the Reserve price has not been met yet, and I am bidding in the smallest increments allowable, do each of my bids count if I am the high bidder say 5 times in a row?
