CR has cleanest salon

Had my hair done at the salon at GF last month. One technician told the other that the CR had won the contest for cleanest salon. The other said she wasn't surprised because it really was clean over there. Had me looking around for signs of dirt at the GF ....but saw none.

Thought it was a funny conversation to have around a guest.

I had a pedicure at Periwigs last month and it was very clean.

I had a polish change at Periwig's this trip and found it clean, too as was the GF. I imagine it was a contest between clean, cleaner and cleanest. Thought it was interesting that the folks who run the salons used competition as an incentive.

Also didn't think it was really appropriate for the CM who brought it up to do so in front of a guest. My stylist tried to change the subject pretty quickly I thought. It was another gal who started the conversation.
