DVC at CR - Bay Lake Towers
I heard they tower is 14 floors high, will have its own pool and a walkway to the CR and monorail.

How many units will be for sale at the CR BLT DVC ?

10 or 15 units per floor times 14 floors ?
So 140 or 210 units ?

Do you think less units will be on each floor or more?

Thanks !

Thank you for the information.
281 units will allow more familes buy into the CR BLT DVC :goodvibes

besides - I love B-L-T subs !

Hey Spicy, Looking at Denise's pictures on Mousesteps, I saw indents in the flooring structure on the last floor. I thought this may be for the two story livingroom??? However I didn't see those indents on the side facing the CR. I'm wondering if they reconsidered their plans to put GV's facing another building. Take a look and see if I'm seeing things or not.

I thought I saw numbers of 273 or 278. So that's in the same ball park.

I'll bet those GVs are gonna really be something special. And lots 'o points!

Let's all remember that Disney hasn't even said that the BLT will be DVC.

If it is DVC, it is very possible that only a portion of it will be DVC.

Until there is an announcement, anything and everything you read is just speculation.

Well lets call it educated theories, there is definitely nothing certain even if it is announced things can change. It is just very hard to believe that Disney will not want the $200 million that will flow to the bottom line from this project as quickly as possible (12-24 month).

It is nice to begin to see “my” grand villa. Now all I have to do is to figure how to pay for it!

It really does not look like the GVs are going to be out of line with the rest of the recent GVs and if there are view-booking categories for 2br and below the comparative value will be even better.

Plus, it's also just a rumor! :thumbsup2

It will be somewhere north of 20 villas per floor. Here's an image from one of the public docs:

The purple, orange, red, pink and green are all Two Bedroom villas. This is a ground floor plan and it's safe to assume the area above the red villa will be another room on the higher floors. The blue also looks like it may be a Studio.

So you've got 7 villas there, and that's just 1/3 of a single floor.

Many of the Two Bedroom villas will be lockoffs which can be sub-divided as a 1B plus Studio. It will probably be a mimimum around 300 (counting all lockoffs as their full 2B size) or 450-500 with all of the lockoffs counted separately.

Size-wise, that puts it somewhere between the Beach Club (208) and BoardWalk (about 400.) At least, that's where it will fall until they start knocking-down the South Garden Wing. ;)

...until they start knocking-down the South Garden Wing...
You know it's going to happen. And if things keep going the way they are the whole 4 park/20+ resort complex is gonna' have to be renamed DVC World presented by Pixar.

It's the 800 lb. gorilla on Bay Lake. You can call it a chimp or a marmoset, but it's still a gorilla. Part of it may be "multi-use" - or not. But it's a DVC.

Roy Disney is probably really upset with you about this renaming. Remember, it needs to be Walt Disney DVC World presented by Pixar.
