Just read that their boats hold 10-11 people. How many boats do they have going out for ea time frame? (I know depends on how many signup? but roughly how popular is this?) Any way we can "link" our group with another group? Would we need to do this ahead of time?

We sailed with them last Oct (10/26 cruise) and our boat held a lot more than 10-11. There were two families linked together (we emailed Ruth in advance) so that was 4 of us, plus 7 of them. In addition there was 1 other family of 4, several couples and another family of 3 or so. I'd say up to 25 folks. It was not too crowded and some people stayed up top on the boat, others on the bottom.

We did the 3 hour tour and it was GREAT!!

When we went (12/02) we requested the smaller boat and there were including the three of us at the most 12 people. They also had a much larger (two deck) boat that held I would guess about 30 or so. Ruth Anglin is great at Captian Marivins and will be more than happy to accomodate anything you need.

We did Captain Marvin's last July. I would guess there were 25 people on board. It did not seem crowded, and we all became friends and I even met some folks who I'd chatted with on these boards!! I'd highly recommend Marvin's vs. taking the DCL excursion. They were awsome!!!

We went in Sept 02 and I think there were no more than 12 passangers on board. We also met 6 Disboarders on the van heading out to the boat.
We agree that Capt. Marvin and his folks are great.
