CP packages, when do they go on sale?

Anyone have any idea? We would like to do it on Dec. 30 if it is going on at that time.

I'm not sure if its always the same, but in 2003 they went on sale the last week in August. The only reason I remember this is because we were in WDW that week and had to call to book it from our room.
The narrators were announced later than that though.

I believe it usually shows through 12/30 so you should be able to see it then.
