CP package too costly?

Does anyone think the Cost are in a little more inflated than usual for the cost of the CP package? I was looking at the level that includes Le Cellier and figured that would take a lot of effort to spend almost $45 a person, especially when most of our party would not get both an appetizer and dessert. We have decided to do lunch at Le Cellier then just do a light dinner some where in epcot.
