Wow. Great pic. Chankannab looks awesome. Is this a DCL port adventure or a private excursion? I can't seem to find it on the DCL website.

pluto1974 - We did this on our own to save some $$ vs. the excursion.

jm106 - There is a much larger beach that we didn't really spend any time at. It is rockier and has stair entrances into the ocean.

Another question, can you pay for things with credit card or just cash? How about places to eat? Cash or credit?

Paradise beach took both cash or credit card. But for all ports we paid in all cash. This was because when checking with our visa company before vacation, we found they charge an extra percentage for foreign transactions. We just took the credit card as back up, never used it.

we used cash as well. they did have some restaurants and the food at the one we choose was really good.

not sure about sand toys.
