We have narrowed down our Cozumel choices to two - please help us decide! Please provide your feedback if you have it for this particular excursion on Cozumel in the thread heading (Cozumel Ruins, Chocolate and Beach Break (CZ80)

Is it good, interesting, enjoyable?

Debating between this one and the other Cozumel ruins tour, "Cozumel highlights-ruins-and-discover-mexico-cultural-park"

The main difference appears to be a Playa Mia beach break versus a visit to Discover Mexico and Mercadito Corona for a "fiesta" meal.

We will have Me43, DH47, DS12, DD10, FIL72, MIL72 on the excursion. My kids are into the idea of ruins and cultural history as are the adults and my inlaws are very active, playful, fit grandparents. Thanks!

My family enjoyed the chocolate and beach break part very much. I did wish we had more time at the resort. We were only there for an hour before we had to go.
The ruins were interesting but for my kids who were 5 and 1.5 at the time, it was a bit too hot and there was not much shade available. I wouldn't recommend the ruins for a family with little ones but yours may be old enough to enjoy it.
