Today we decided to give EMH and Breakfast a miss, instead we headed into the village to Starbucks for a big cup of tea and coffee, we stayed around Mainstreet whilst enjoying our drinks
DBF took photos
and then we headed to Frontierland for a ride on the Mark Twain. We had the first journey of the day and the boat was fairly empty, nothing else was open when we came off and it was about 10:20am, we wandered over to the Indian Jones ride 10min queue then headed to Thunder Mountain and it was open, people were stampeding towards it very scary to witness. We got fast passes which were in 30mins time we went on the Haunted manor and then back to Thunder Mountain with our fast passes, there was no one in the fast pass queue and we walked straight on to the ride.
We had another walk around adventure isle
and into fantasyland all the queues here were now over 40mins. Into Discoveryland 30mins queue for space mountain this was the smallest queue so we watched Captain EO then headed onto the Disneyland railroad before heading into the studios to watch animagique on our way we saw some characters coming down Mainstreet in vehicles (no mention of this on the park guide)
On our walk around the main park we noticed some changes had happened in the park near pirates a mock pirate ship had appeared, near Aladdin and lantern had appeared and near the Alices Labyrinth and madhatters tea party. Also in Central plaza the stage had all new rigging and deflated balls. As it turned out filming was taking place during 2nd & 3rd April for the new festival.
In the studios we watched part of the parade
we didnt have a good view of the show section so we went to see the queue times in Toon Studios crush had a 60min queue, we went to the parachute drop and joined the single rider queue and walked straight on. Then we went on carpets as it had no queue. We decided to head back to the village for something to eat and then have a rest at the hotel with a few drinks in the bar as tonight we were going to see Buffalo Bill.
We were seated in Catagory 2 for Buffalo bills we got there 1hr before the show started and this paid off as we were sat above the stairs in the blue area with an excellent view.
The food isnt the best here but the show is excellent and i would highly recommend. We had tickets bought from the French website before we left and this was not questioned.
