Cowboy Cookout Tea Time?

Has anyone done this recently? I'm thinking of putting it on our planning for august.
What's on offer and which characters should there be? Is it the same as there used to be for Plaza Gardens? I've found some pictures of what was on offer when it was there, yet I'd like to know if it will be the same at CCO or not. I've checked the reviews but there seem to be only for the lunch option, not for the tea time.

We did Cowboy Cookout last year for a meal at lunch-time which is a set menu with the characters. We then did the afternoon tea party with a huge selection of cakes and the characters. As far as I'm aware these are the only two things that happen at the Cowboy Cookout.
